IMPORTANT! Food Fair Volunteers**

Hello, and THANK YOU SO MUCH for wanting to volunteer~! ^o^ We'll be selling Crepes, (Double Strawberry) and (Banana Nutella)! And with that, I need my volunteers to first help out by buying ingredients to make the food. Each volunteer will be assigned on what to bring/make on the food fair! You will not only buy ingredients, YOU MUST HELP OUT ON THE DAY OF THE FOOD FAIR. You will be assigned 1/2 jobs available. **Still accepting volunteers**

Jobs: Cashier and Server(Folding Crepes)

Volunteers:
-Daniel Sylvanus(Cashier) -
-Bryan Pichardo(Cashier) - Napkins, Forks
-Violet Betancourt(Folding crepes) - Crepes, Strawberries
-Francesca Labayna(Folding crepes) - Crepes
-Althea Paloma(Folding crepes) -
-Rochelle Name
-Joan Sulabo
-Paul Odion(Cashier)
-Kennet Souvannarith (Folding Crepes) - Crepes, Whipped topping

Options on what you can buy/bring:
-Crepes
-Strawberries
-Bananas
-Whipped topping
-Strawberry syrup & Nutella
-Bowls, Plates, paper?
-Napkins, forks

I still have not decided on how we will fold the crepes. Should we fold them as cones? or just triangle shaped on a bowl?

Q: Do we have to buy them with our own money?

A: Yes. But don't worry about it; I will reimburse you. (As in pay the money back.) As you buy the ingredient, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. YOU MUST KEEP THE RECEIPT. That way, I can pay you back in the exact amount.

Q: When do we set up? How long is our shift/How long do we have to stay?

A: You will need to be excused during/in the middle of 6th period. We will be grabbing our ingredients and setting up. Back to school night is from 4-7pm. We also might have to stay an extra hour(till 8pm) to help clean up.

PLEASE TELL ME WHICH JOB AND WHAT INGREDIENT YOU CAN BUY.

It's alright if you can't stay long. At least help by making food/ buying utensils/buying ingredients...

Kaichou!! I wish you could have told me this sooner. I volunteer for the Nutella, but I can't go out to buy any. ._.

I have a question though. When you go buy your stuff, do you think you could buy the Nutella along with it? Of course, I'll give you my money to spend on it. It's just that I can't do it myself because of a few reasons.
